1975-1980 Technician – Harley-Davidson Cycle Center, MASet up and inspected new motorcycles, and diagnosed, repaired, and road tested customers motorcycles
1980-2006 Service Manager/Shop Foreman/Dealer
Management – Harley-Davidson Cycle Center, MA
Served as a liaison between Harley-Davidson Motor Company technical support and dealership
Provided expertise in all areas of chassis, powertrain, electrical, and service technology
Consulted with customers on major engine repair, upgrading, design and build custom motorcycles
Prepared motorcycle crash damage estimates, repaired and road tested motorcycles involved in accidents
Developed and patented lowering blocks for Harley-Davidson model FLH motorcycle in 1984
Built numerous award winning motorcycles for customers
Operated a Massachusetts Motorcycle Inspection station within the dealership
Responsible for the outfitting and maintenance of numerous municipalities’ police motorcycles including Mass State Police
Successfully diagnosed a variety of mechanical issues referred by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company when other dealerships could not resolve the problems
Provided technical expertise in legal issues for the dealership in court proceedings
Served on the board of directors for W.S Enterprises d.b.a Harley-Davidson Cycle Center
